Service Description

We check the following: Piping on indoor and outdoor units for blockages. Piping insulation condition. Electrical Connections. Fan Motors. Low Pressure and High Pressure. Voltage Condition of the compressor. Clean the filters and unit cabinet as well as indoor and outdoor coils with Anti Bacterial Agent. Acid wash all units. Check gas levels and on and off coil temperature readings.
